FAQ - Limousine Service Questions

Where will I be picked up from?

Flawless Limousine Service offers a door-to-door service meaning we will pick you up, and drop you off where we start, or what we arrange. All quoted runs include 2 pick up address, 3 destination points, and 2 drop off points at the end of the night. However, other destinations agreed upon during the service may be but is not limited to price change.

Please note: Many cities prohibit busses from minor roads, so it is preferable to have 1 pick-up location, and 1 drop-off location. Also, any runs involving alcohol can not begin in any parking lot.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

The reason why F.L.S requires a deposit is because we need to make sure you are placing an order, rather than requesting quotes with no follow through. A deposit of 20% must be received before we guarantee any vehicle for you. Also, the deposit locks in the rate, so your rate will not go up even though prices may.

What will happen if anyone gets sick on the limo? (excluding the driver)

The sick fee is $300.00 per incident. So please let your guests know that you, the client, is responsible for anything that occurs. Since we have a contract with one person, we require all runs involving alcohol to be held with a credit card security deposit of $300.00.
